What we collect
When you visit Advancedtech.me we track which pages you are on and what time you visited.
We record your IP address which is your computer number and the date/time down to the day and time. Also if you sign up for the newsletter we will have your name and email address.
How we use this information
We put in the data which runs our website smoothly.
When the site is slow or has a issue we fix it right away. If we are sending you email you will get tech news and tutorial updates.
If you want to stop receiving emails click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the newsletter.
Cookies and Other Tools
Cookies are small pieces of text that we save in your browser (Internet program). We use cookies for sites to load faster and to remember what you have already input (font size).
Also you can delete cookies through your browser settings which in turn may slow site performance.
As for the basic tools we use like Google Analytics which tells us the number of visitors and which pages they viewed. We don’t look at names we just count.
What is the data retention period and what rights do you have.
We have been keeping your personal information (for example IP, date-time) for a period of 12 months. As for email addresses you provide in our newsletter we will store them until you decide to unsubscribe.
